The one-on-one counseling I provide as your weight loss coach will also focus on the reasons you gained weight in the first place. You can work with them to try and resolve these issues. Some common underlying causes of weight gain include:

  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Emotional eating
  • Poor nutrition
  • A lack of physical activity
  • Certain medical conditions

Regardless of what caused your weight gain, as your weight loss coach can help you figure it out. If you need additional assistance
